Postage and Storage of products
- All our products are hand made in small batches, processed and shipped within 3-5 working days depending on the quantity of your order. Orders placed at the weekends or during bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.
- Due to the natural ingredients of the products, variations between batches may vary. This is normal with natural products.
- Although some products are naturally preserved, we advise that you use our products within at least 6 -12 months of opening.
- Store in cool dry conditions and keep away from moisture and direct sunlight- if a product melts during the summer, note that it is still effective for example balms, just pop it into the fridge to harden and you can use it as often as before!
- We do not offer refunds on any used/ opened products for hygienic reasons.
- If any damage occurs in transit please provide photographic evidence of unopened product and contact us within 48 hours of receiving product, so we can provide direct or alternative replacement dependent on stock availability.
