   This blog has been modified and revised to reflect the Spring season and the fact that in 2020  we are currently living in such an unprecedented time with the COVID -19 disease. Initially written in the Autumn of 2018, little did we know that in Spring 2020, our hands will be so crucial to saving our lives.
